Our Programs
Our youth programs are designed for every child. Kids Fitness is a PE-style class where athletes and non-athletes alike build strength, coordination, confidence, and a love for movement through fun games and age-appropriate activities. Total Athlete Sports Camps are designed for young athletes who want to improve speed, agility, strength, and overall sports performance to gain an edge in competition.
Every Friday at 10 AMKids Fitness Class
Help your child build a strong foundation through movement. Our Kids Fitness Class develops strength, coordination, speed, balance, and confidence with fun, age-appropriate workouts, games, and athletic challenges. Every class encourages healthy habits while helping kids discover that fitness can be exciting.
Recommended for ages 6–12.
4-Day Week Long Camps in July & August 2026Total Athlete Kids Sports Camp
Our Total Athlete Camp is designed for young athletes who want to elevate their game. Through speed and agility training, strength development, coordination drills, and sport-specific skills, kids learn how to move more efficiently, compete with confidence, and become well-rounded athletes.
Whether they're preparing for the next season or simply love being active, this camp builds the athletic foundation that translates to every sport.
