Our Story
NeuroFit was born from a shared passion: helping people regain confidence, independence, and a higher quality of life through movement.
After years of working within the senior living community, Kyle Rutley developed a deep appreciation for the challenges that come with aging. He saw firsthand how the right exercise program could restore strength, confidence, purpose, and community, and became committed to helping older adults and individuals with neurological conditions continue living life to the fullest.
For Pete, the mission became personal. After battling Lyme disease, he experienced neurological complications that sidelined him for several years. His recovery journey showed him the life-changing impact that purposeful movement and consistent training can have on healing. That experience inspired him to dedicate his career to helping others recover from disease and neurological disorders.
Together, they created NeuroFit Functional Training, a program that combines evidence-based exercise, functional movement, and compassionate coaching to help people improve balance, mobility, strength, cognition, and confidence.
Today, Kyle leads all in-person NeuroFit classes and one-on-one training in Hayden, Idaho, while Pete oversees NeuroFit's online coaching program, making expert neurological fitness accessible to individuals across the United States.
Because everyone deserves the opportunity to move with confidence, find community, and live life with purpose.
